Dave Letterman says goodbye to the George Bush presidency

I was watching Jimmy Kimmel, and Ratchel Dratch was on, and long story short, they started talking about the old Debbie Downer sketch from SNL. It is absolutely the funniest thing that happened on that show since Will Ferrell left and Andy Samberg showed up. Check it out.
